This one-day workshop will focus on learning about some of the many edible & medicinal plants that are found during the summer.  Many plants are entering their prime growth period at this time of year and are ‘ripe’ for harvesting.

We will focus on learning about many of these plants in our area and gain hands-on experience in the process.

This workshop will cover how to identify edible, medicinal, and poisonous plants in the field, ethical wild crafting and proper harvesting/preparation techniques.  If you have an interest in learning to forage for wild & medicinal plants, then this workshop is for you.
