Have you ever wondered how herbal tinctures are made?  The shelves in the health food store are filled with small bottles of tinctures made with many different healing plants that help us in times of need.   This workshop will walk you step by step through the tincture making process.   Making your own herbal medicines is an empowering experience that allows us to learn to preserve, use and benefit from the many healing properties of various medicinal plants.  You will come away from this experience with a thorough understanding of this process and the knowledge to begin making your own tinctures.  You will also go home with a tincture that you have made yourself during the class.  Come and join us as we look at this age old art of herbal medicine.
