Wildlife Tracking enables us to have a deeper understanding of the animals and how they relate to the environment.  This experience is designed to provide you with a base for your tracking knowledge to grow from.

Learning the art and science of tracking opens up a whole new way of looking at the natural world that surrounds us. Skilled trackers can gain an astounding amount of information from the clues left behind by a person, animal or event.  At this two-day workshop you will learn the basics of wildlife tracking including track identification, track patterns and gait interpretation (how an animal is moving), sign tracking, natural history and animal biology/behavior).  Through our study of these tracking principles, participants will gain a deeper understanding of how these animals relate to their environment and play a vital role in maintaining a balanced ecosystem.  You will also go away with a new understanding of  not only the animals we track, but also how to share this new information with your friends, family and students.

• Trailing skills
• Natural History
• Animal Biology and behaviour
• Awareness and the art of questioning
• As well as gain some first hand experience following tracks and trails of many species of local wildlife.
